"I go to hot head a lot, and this particular experience was weird and the employees were somewhat rude. I ordered online through the app and when they asked if I was picking up they told me they were offline. and I was confused as I ordered and was charged. so I go to order normally as if I had just walked in normal and she asked me if I could call doordash, which obviously meant there was some confusion. I explained I ordered online not doordash and that I had already been charged. she then started making my food and when I said I wanted double steak she stopped and looked at me like it was the biggest inconvenience in her life because she was cooking some more. I said it wasn’t a big deal, there was enough in the pan for my bowl so why she acted that way i’m unsure. I work at a restaurant and I never in my life would act like something is an inconvenience to me when it’s my job, and if you feel that way you never show it in front of a guest. the other employee was quiet and soft spoken but all in all was rude as well"
"The restaurant was clean. My pickup order wasn't ready upon arrival. Food didn't seem to be warm when I got home in just a short drive. One person was working until I was about to leave with my order. The amount of cheese they weigh out is sad. It is a very small portion."
"I used to really love this HHB. But it has gone downhill. They gave me a sparse amount of black beans. I have a bowl full of rice. The guacamole used to be authentic tasting. Now it is a fake lime like paste, cant even taste avocado…. See picture… The corn salsa used to have red onion and seasoning in it… now it i like they just gave me some corn out of a can. Going to go back to chipotle."
