"Went through the drive thru, and was pulled to the side, waiting patiently for my order for 20 minutes before I went inside. Had to stop a worker to ask about my order, turns out they never prepared it, and had to wait in total about 30 minutes, including going inside."
"Usually we find this location to be one of the better McDonald's but this morning is way off. Pulled us forward to wait. Delivered someone else's food to our car 2x and didn't bother to confirm our order number either time even though we stuck our food order to the mirror..29 minutes and waiting. Multiple cars pulled forward. Terribly disorganized today 1/6/24 10:00am. Finally got our food after my husband went in. The food was freshly made and hot, so we will return. The workers were apologetic and obviously short staffed."
"This place has got to be the slowest place of all time! Why does it take more then 20 minutes to make a coffee? Not to mention if I come in during the morning before coming to work I am legit standing in the lobby for over 10 minutes before someone even acknowledges me and then after I am standing for more then 20 minutes literally just for a coffee. I don’t think I will come back to this location they are more focused on standing around talking versus actually getting something done."
"Had to wait on order, which I don't mind doing, but when the order is cold and wrong, I don't appreciate it. They were parking every order (two parked ahead of me and three parked after I ordered). No reason given as to why the parking...sandwiches were cold, fries cold, and the only sandwich that was right, was the double quarter pounder with cheese no onions, or pickles. For the fish combo, I received two cheeseburgers. This was done at around 2:30 pm. It will be a while before I go back."
"I advise not to order here around dinner time yes I get it can be busy but the People that they have running those kinds of shifts seem like they're clueless and don't know how to run a restaurant Properly. It's either you have to wait a 1/2 hour to get your food that is cold or you have to deal with rude workers For whatever reason. Definitely need a change of scenery around the dinner time shift because if they keep app at this rate they are just gonna sink"
