"Best service! The inside is old and could use an update but the workers are amazing and so accommodating. If ever they're out of cookies, they make them happen. This is always my kids first choice for grabbing food."

"I went there tonight and ordered a meal and had 400+ points that I redeemed to use towards my large fry. For whatever reason, the app wasn't working and the lady that helped me, didn't catch her name, but she was white, missing teeth and very unapproachable. Instead of taking my large fry off, bc she could clearly see the app as she had my phone ans that reward wasn't working, she just wanted to discount my order. The "discount" was less than a dollar and my points would have taken off 4$. So when i went to question it, she threw her hands up and started yelling "don't argue with me about it, the app isn't working" while still holding my card. As I went to say my response to her TERRIBLE resolution, she tried to slam the window closed while I was still talking, I pointed out my card was still in her hand and she had the audacity to throw my card at me through my window and slam the window closed. So I go to a different location 2 miles away and USED MY APP WITH NO PROBLEM. This lady is terrible and needs fired. No customer service and is giving Wendy's a bad look and lost money tonight, I will never be going back to this location and will ensure I tell everyone I know not to as well."

"Probably the worst Wendy’s in Ohio maybe the whole United States no exaggeration. The food is old and cold like they don’t make it fresh, the service is terrible like they’re being to forced to work there, and the employees are just outright lazy, this location has been closed multiple times because of low staff. Whoever manages this place needs to question their leadership skill and this location might as well be shut down for a better restaurant that can actually utilize the lactation properly, I’m surprised this place even passes health inspections. Below is a picture of Nuggets I bought no body in their right mind can tell me they’re fresh."

"Horrible customer service at 5:51pm on June 24th. The woman taking the order screamed at my father who is a senior citizen because he couldn't hear past her mumbling. The food I received was ice cold and poorly put together. I was afraid to eat it it was so bad. They served cold hardened meat to a pregnant individual."
