"The food was all right, but it was not right to refuse my coupon because I ordered over the phone. You should not refuse the coupon because it is not placed in your hand until delivery is completed . I always give the coupon to the driver. The 20 percent coupon would have been used for tip money."

"Decided to give pickup a try since they are unable to get delivery correct. Showed up at the window right behind another person. Sat behind them for 10 minutes while my pizza sat. Not sure why they don’t pull people back around when their orders aren’t ready. Decided I didn’t want pizza that had been sitting for at least 10 minutes or wasn’t ready at promised time. At least they reassured me I made the right decision to stop ordering here…. Sad really, I like their pizza."
"Ordered and paid for seven pizzas via the app and came at the right time 45minutes later. The drive up window was not responsive to the two drivers in front of me. When I pulled up I waited for an employee to acknowledge me. When no one did I called out. Finally someone came and said they have my order but it will be another 25-30 minutes. That is an unsatisfactory response. I was told to drive around and wait. It’s past the second wait time. Went inside and was told it would be another 10 minutes. I am certain I will not come back here again. The app failed to predict the finish time, the first person gave me a time that was too optimistic and the counter clerk did the same. Order time 6:15pm. It’s now 7:25 and no pizzas. I may just call my charge card provider and dispute the charge."
"Unbelievable pizza, wow ! Pepperoni from edge to edge, nothing but goodness. Crust is perfectly crispalicious. This is one of the best pepperoni pies I have ever had. 5 stars!"
