"Online order, bag wasn’t properly sealed for freshness, it was crunched up and just could tell it let out all the hot air and steam it once did have. I ordered a large fry and it wasn’t even half filled with fries. Food warmth about a 6 out of 10. The double roast beef sandwich I ordered was about a single size with a little bit of extra slices on it. They did get the drink correct but no straw in bag."
"Cashier struggled to get our order rung up, and there was no one to help her. That's not her fault. If she was new, she should have had help. Took a while to get our food, but at least it was hot. Expensive for what it was."
"They claim they only were accepting credit cards??? Then when I said okay about to order a chicken slider....ummm sorry our system down so I asked for water so at least I got the water. If you are trying to close early because you're ready to go home it's not fair if you have customers and you have an hour and 30 minutes before it's time to close. I'm sure the owner will not be happy if he or she knows that their employees are making them miss out on money"
"The food at this Arby's is always fresh and hot. The employees are friendly and the restaurant is clean. Also, it is very convenient to hop on/off I-75."
"Don’t usually make reviews but the customer service was horrible. Right from the moment we pulled up, the cashier seemed very inconvenienced by us. Then we only got three out of our four sandwiches and when we came back around there was- very long pause before she reluctantly told us to come to the window. It could’ve been worse, and they gave us our sandwich so 2 stars."
