"Absolutely detestable service. Called For a half hour and no one would answer the phone. Took almost 20 minutes for someone to even take my order once in the store and then told me it would be almost an hour. Worst Little Caesars in the area"
"This place is a joke. I went and picked up a hot and ready pizza, just to get home and see that it looked like it had been dropped and kicked around. Drove all the way back to get it replaced, and was flat out blamed for doing it. I was called a liar in front of six other customers by the manager who was very loud and hateful. She accused me of dropping the $5 pizza myself and bringing it back to get a free one. I spent more money on gas taking it back than I did on the pizza, and had I dropped it myself I wouldn't have had a problem eating it. She refused to give me one of the several other hot and ready pizzas that was already prepared and instead insisted I had to wait on one to be made, which makes me question is if something could have been done to it out of retaliation. I've never been treated this way by a buisness, and will never be back."
"Almost two weeks ago I called an order in at 518pm for a 7:00 pickup. It didn't go into the oven till 7:15. They have made absolutely NO LEGITIMATE effort to fix the issue"
"I went in to pick up a pizza I ordered online. There were five of us in the lobby. One lady walked out after not getting help. Signs on their pizza portals saying they were broken and you had to ask for your pizza. I watched my pizza get loaded, the kid walked away, and no one came to help. 15 minutes later, I was finally helped. And asked why I didn't put my code in.... Only to receive a Luke warm pizza. There were three people in the back. One standing on his phone. Then two more people walked in. And not a single one could say hey, can I help you? Or we'll be with you in a second."
"Everything was great. I gave 4 stars on service due to the online order not staff. I ordered soda online but when arriving to pick up my order soda was sold out. The online facility should keep track of store inventory. However, the employee working fixed the issue without hesitation and the food was fresh, hot, and exactly what I ordered. FYI… the new Twix dessert is delicious."
