"I ordered online at 12pm app said my order will be ready for pickup 5:20pm went to pick it up and was even about 10 minutes late picking it up and still wasn't ready so they said the code wasn't working for most tring to pickup there order so all in after was all said and done it took me to say hey are those my pizza's in the machine sure enough they were after waiting 2 hours for Luke warn pizza's I will never order from this one again terrible service not a good experience food is almost never ready even if you place ahead of time"
"They are brand new and they have good management. They would of got a perfect score it is because they had to clean out the clutter employees. Besides that they are my go to lil Caesars."
"The customer service is horrendously terrible. HOW CAN YOU SELL A "HOT N READY" WHEN THEY'RE NEVER READY? NEVER!!! Stopped in for a hot n ready pizza at 3:30 today. I pull up, and the managers are sitting on the curb smoking while customers are inside waiting for a product that is supposed to be ready. What a joke. I approach the counter and ask for a hot n ready and an order of crazy bread. With a straight face, this cashier tells me it will be a 15-minute wait! Took them over 20min to give me my pizza and bread that they advertise as being ready. None of the employees care, but why should they? Michael Ilitch would fire the whole upper management team if he was here to see the atrocitie it has become."
"Absolute scam! They are taking online orders and aren’t even operational. When called the customer service line was told they’ll send an email and they can’t do anything, not even issue a refund. DO NOT ORDER. Multiple others were fooled and did the same thing."
