"Waited two hours for our pizza for it to never arrive. Called the customer service line and apparently the driver dropped it off at an incorrect location. I asked if they could resend the order or issue a refund and they said I’d have to speak to the district manager because the driver claims to have delivered it?! TF?! And I guess because it was late I had to leave a voicemail.. THEY BETTER CALL ME BACK.. cause “Ricky when I catch you Ricky” Gimmie my money back at this point."

"Ordered a pizza and cheese bread and they forgot to make my cheese bread. So they put my pizza in a warmer for 10 minutes while they made my cheese bread and by the time I got my pizza it was so overdone...the cheese was hard and the pizza was sauce less."
"Absolutley terrible experience!!! Ordered delivery, large pepperoni, a Cassini, and a sub. What they delivered an hour and a half later was horrendous and inedible. The pizza was wrong... instead of plain pepperoni that was for the kids we got a rubbery center loaded cold supreme. My kids were not touching that atrocity. The sandwiches were the most mayonnaise sloppy things I have ever seen. Totally gross and you guessed it... cold. After a back and forth with the call center I had to take the terrible food back to the store which was SLOW and full of lazy employees blasting terrible music. After waiting another 35min in the store they remake my order and finally give it to me. When I got it home we finally started to eat after initially ordering three hours later. What a joke! And to top it off they got our sandwiches wong!!!! Still waiting on a return call from Mr. Steel..."
