"Used to be good..... Not sure what changed recently. I'd say it's definitely going down hill. I may have to go out of my way to Troy now. Crust was paper thin. The kids can't even read simple instructions. You ask for 1 thing extra and they can't make sure it's added to your pizza."
"Food was better than average. Problem is no chance of ordering by phone, since they refuse to answer. As of late, no delivery of any kind. Pretty sad when a company that built it's reputation with delivery, will not answer a phone and disables delivery orders on line. By default, the local competition is the only option. Cassano's is right next door... Allowed a delivery order. Looking forward to updating the review!! Boost to 4 stars. Food was better than average again. Can't give 5. Great food and quick delivery, when available"
"I ordered a Steak and Cheddar Hoagie. I picked it up curbside due to no delivery driver, not a big deal. However I’m not sure that the “steak” was something anyone should eat it was horrible!!! Pressed, formed meat, its debatable that it’s meat, microwaved and a lousy fake seasoning. A few chips of bacon and due to all the BBQ sauce I barely found a sliver of cheese. I never post negative remarks however after receiving no reply to my email to customer service here you go for everyone to read."
