"There are no condiments available at this location without going to the counter. Same is true for straws, napkins, drink refills etc. When you go to the counter to ask for anything there is no permanent person attending. You have to wait till they bring up another customers order and then feel weird about overstepping or interrupting just to ask for ketchup or napkins when you're dining In. We spent over $50 today with 4 grandchildren which is fine but you should be able to get these things without waiting in line again or stepping in front of carryout patrons."
"Not a huge fan of McDonald's but we needed something quick and easy while traveling. Hands down, the nicest, quickest drive thru service we have had in YEARS!! The employees were nice, actually smiled and said thank you!"
"Came in this evening to continue my Squishmallow hunt. Asked the sweet girl taking my order if she could take time to search for certain ones for me that i’ve been on the hunt for, she did, but unfortunately had no luck. Or at least i thought. Got partway home only to find one of the one i’ve been searching for in my Happy Meal and my whole evening was made!! So thank you to her for her kindness and excitement in hunting with me this evening and thank you for the surprise!!! BEST experience i’ve ever had at a McDonalds. I’m so sorry i did not get your name, but please keep being you!!"
"Gives you the wrong items in your order, doesn't give you any basics like napkins, ketchup, or nugget sauces despite asking for them, and they idiotically hide all of those things behind the counter now, where employees are trained to avoid as much as possible so what should be a simple drive thru order takes 30 minutes to resolve since you have to wait at the counter to get their attention to remake the things that they screwed up. Whatever idiot came up with the McDonald's redesign should be dragged into the street and beaten."
"Had the blueberry and cream cheese pie....outstanding! Went inside to check out restoration(open on the inside) and new play center area(not opened yet ).the new design was crisp and clean with what almost looks like Banksy art on the walls LOVE IT!"
