"I waited almost 20 minutes for a simple cheeseburger with the works and a mushroom Swiss burger. The bread was stale on both and the cheeseburger was more lettuce than burger. The burgers themselves tasted old, like cafeteria food that had been under a heat lamp for too long. I'll be honest, I can't blame the worker(s). I only saw one girl working. These issues seem to be long standing and go beyond current staff. This seems to be the direct consequence of a lazy franchisee. I blame these issues on a lack of training and quality control. The owner needs to get it together."
"Ordered two simple double cheeseburger combos. Same thing. Didn't even have the same toppings on them, and one of them was served as single burger! Let's not get started with the wait at 6p with no one in front of, or behind us. This is not my style, but this was my 3rd visit since opening, and every time something has been wrong. The cherry on the cake, no one answers the phone what so ever. Don't waste your time piqua, and cook at home. It'll taste better, be cheaper, and served faster than Hardee's."
"Decent tasting fast food burgers. Chicken sandwiches are good but the fries have a weird taste to them. Typically understaffed, so the service is slower. The person taking your order is often cooking the food as well."
"Gave them another chance today and they screwed up my take out order again! Both times I ordered a double mushroom and swiss burger. Two weeks ago I opened my wrapper and found some sort of regular burger, no swiss cheese, no mushrooms. Too far out to go back. I tried again today - I had a mushroom and swiss burger but it was a single and I paid for the double. Very frustrating. Will not go back. Great burgers when they get it right. I highly suggest always looking closely at your order before pulling away from the window."
