"This encounter has left me speechless. I should have known better. I called last Thursday and he had availability for an appointment today….not 2 months like every other groomer. After dropping Ollie off, which is a whole other story, I then get a text that he just can’t groom Ollie because he is “pawing” at him. I said ok I’ll come get him. What worried me the most is when I go into the building, Ollie is hiding under a table. I’m not sure what this man did to my dog but he’s still shaking. Beware!"
