"My husband went through today and they were friendly and the environment wasn’t welcoming. Employees jumped to help someone else but my husband wasn’t helped or offered help, must’ve been his ethnicity. Will not be back! I also inquired a while back about chicken feed that a company said Buckley was a distributor for, emailed me back rude and had an attitude and said they don’t carry it."
"Feed prices beat out all major retailers, wood chips are more expensive here then at major retailers. It's a coin toss to save money. Very friendly staff."

"I emailed the Wilmington location to ask for poultry layer feed prices, delivery options, and if there's any bulk discounts because we go through about 2,000 lb of feed per month. The response I got from Tim essentially is that I'll need to call if I have any questions because there's lots of options. Okay, so what you're saying is I've got to do the leg work for you to get my business. He didn't bother asking any questions about what type of feed I might need. Why even have an email address on your website if you don't want to give me any information over email? It took five emails back and forth for him to finally copy and paste only two prices from a price list that he said he didn't have - neither of which pertained to me since he didn't bother to ask any questions about what kind of feed we might want first. Thanks for nothing Tim. You're not the only feed mill around."
"They are good for a local feed mill. They only deal in prebagged formulas that they have used for years. If you need feed custom blended for a special project there are places that will do that. I like that they carry feed for so many different species that saves me on trips and they load all the feed you buy."
