"1. Person working the drive-through spoke clearly, was nice, and was patient. I don’t know if the person taking the money was the same person, but also had great customer service skills. 2. All of the food was correct for a large order and the one different sandwich was marked. 3. The order was put in several bags inside of one large bag for ease of confirmation and to avoid food getting smashed. 4. The order was finished quickly. 5. All utensils, sauces, napkins were included. Should this be the standard for fast-food? Probably, but it’s rare in my experience."

"Went to the drive thru at 11:50pm waited and waited I heard them scuffle the headphones off and nothing lights are all on pull to the window and said I need to place my order she says m nope we just closed. I asked why didn’t you answer the speaker @ 1150,1151,1152,and so on until 12 she shrugged her shoulders i her I will be contacting the GM tomorrow if he is in she said ok. Asked for her name she says with a smirch Sam Shaw. Maybe instead of smoking joints in the bathroom the should wait on the customers. Do something to the clowns running your store as a manager even. That girl would be gone tomorrow if I was in charge this is the Marysville Ohio store on rt36"
"See picture for current state of the shrinkflation. Each nugget of the 10 piece is just slightly larger than a quarter. Down to roughly half the size in 2020, price up $1.10. Service was quick and friendly."
