"Absolutely awful. Everytime. If you come here just expect a 20-30 minute wait no matter what you order or how many people are in line. Just for it to be wrong and then workers get rude when you ask them to correct the order."
"I worked here for a day in a half, it was OK but I got overwhelmed due to it being a lot to learn. There were many employees working really hard trying to get things done but the frustration was building up. I will still go here to get my drinks. I experienced great hospitality. Keep up the good work guys!"
"this place, at this rate, needs to shut down permanently or until they can find workers & managers that will ensure the quality of the food and drinks they serve is up to par. every time i’ve been here, the customer service has been terrible. they are more times than not out of something. i went in the other day and they were out of ALL medium cups?? i would not recommend going here. this place used to be SO good!! :(("
"Out of stock on brown sugar and cookie flavors. Ordered medium iced Carmel latte w skim milk. Received iced decaf latte with chocolate caramel syrup?? Visited in September and took 35 mins for 2 box o Joes and a dozen donuts. Poor establishment"
