"Katie, General Manager is so RUDE&Nasty!!! I have used the buy one get one breakfast sandwich coupon several times. This morning I gave the coupon to the lady.... She said"WE CAN'T TAKE THOSE, OUR BUTTON DOESN'T WORK!!! I replied.. " I've used them in the past week". She informed me....of her STATUS! YOU GO GIRL, BE THE NASTY MANAGER! She seems so proud. Not sure why I receive the Hardee's coupons residing in Bellefontaine......they don't except them????"

"Drive thru. Ordered 3 meals received none of the hot sauce, ketchup that we ordered Also got no cream or sugar for the coffee and didn't receive our other 2 drinks with the other 2 meals. Reading a screen is hard."
