"I was happy to locate a nearby location after moving to Dayton from Hamilton. I made an online order and had planned to use part of my order during the self-service bath. Upon arriving, my order was not yet ready, No big deal. I was advised where the self-service dog wash area was and advised they would bring me towels, so I proceeded to the small area they offered. The area was unkept, piles of hair from previous pets on the floor, empty shampoos. Thankfully, I purchased my own shampoo. The water drained directly from the wash tub to the drain in the floor, no pipe. The dryer was placed on the water covered floor and seemed to be a safety issue. The 2 thin towels provided wouldn't dry a chihuahua, I felt uncomfortable using the dryer that was sitting in standing water, so we left with her wet. After years of visiting the hamilton location, I had set expectations and was disappointed and shocked no pun intended. I have been a pet supplies customer for 2 years and hopeful that the safety issues will be addressed before someone gets electrocuted or slips and falls."

"The employees were awesome. Very friendly. The item I wanted was a great price - it was even on sale! First time there. I'll go back for certain. Good quality sweater. Keeps my chilly dog plenty warm."

"The staff is horribly trained they are not friendly with animals and decline any type of grooming service if they don’t feel like doing it. They have no clue on what they are doing and also do not help animals if they lose control instead they start screaming and running like it’s a bank robbery. Even if you call in beforehand to make sure the groomers are there they somehow disappear when you arrive to the store. I will not be returning. I’m sorry my dog is big and scary but if he was really aggressive I wouldn’t bring him anywhere he does bark like an adult dog and gets too hyped when he sees other dogs he’s still a pup not even a year old but every time I’ve brought my dog in groomers decline him because of his size so take grooming for big dogs off the menu Manager lacks brains and definitely needs replaced"

"Nice store for all your pets needs. The kittens and ferrets up front really pull you into the store and before you know it you are buying new nail clippers for your cat or rain boots for your dog. You can sign up for their members club, free to join. Thanks to Mrs. Sandra for her help yesterday, we will be back for sure, probably picking up one of those silly hats you can put on your cat."

"It was great! Just always remember to give them your card so that you get your discount otherwise you could end up paying more then you want to. If you forget ( like I did) they are very nice about fixing any of the pricing problems. Really like going to them. They have alway gone out of their way to help me."
