"Very rarely do I ever post negative reviews but this establishment needs serious improvement. On multiple occasions, I have tried calling to place an order. No one ever answers the phone. It just rings and rings. At first I figured maybe the phone line just doesn’t work even though it rings. But then I went into the store and called the number while I was standing in there and the phone rang perfectly fine. Still, no one bothered to pick it up. As a matter fact, one employee complained about the phone ringing so much. The reason I call to place my order is because I have gift cards and the app won’t let you use them. So I can’t order ahead that way so I try and call but again, no one literally ever answers. On top of that, everything just seems so chaotic and unorganized in the store. I placed my order, and knew I was going to have to wait because again, they don’t answer phones, and then ten minutes after ordering one of the employees addressed me and asked what my order was again. Like what? How do you not have a system in place to have these things sorted out. Also, I get that the employees are young but there is an awful lot of cussing going on while customers are in the store. I can clearly hear it. It’s just super unprofessional. Again, I normally don’t post reviews like this but I felt like after multiple bad experiences here I had to. Corporate really needs to take a hard look at this place"

"Called 4x to place an order with no answer. I drove to the store to see 6 younger workers standing around joking. I called the store phone to verify it was working, and definitely heard it ring with no hesitation to answer. The management should educate the staff on customer service. In addition, the hot and ready I was forced to take because nothing else was ready was cold, old, and hardly any sauce or pepperoni."

"My pizza was damage during the Doordash delivery on July 23 2023 I still have not received my partial refund from doordash. I still have not received my refunded from doordash it's been more than ten business days. I'm still waiting on my refund from doordash August 17 2023. Today is August 21 2023 still have not received my refund from doordash. August 26 2023 now doordash is sayin, little caesar owe me a refund."

"I ordered my pizzas through the app. I get the message about why the pizzas aren't ready, even my order update said it was. I was told I would have to wait another 10 minutes. When I finally get my order, the pizza looked like it was their first day. The deep dish was more of a puff pastry and not even cooked through. What happened to ask the delicious crispy buffet teasing edges? If this was my first time eating Little Caesars, I know I wouldn't try the brand again."
