"The Maumee location is only a few short minutes off of the highway on the way back to Cleveland from Chicago, so I called about 20 minutes ahead and placed a to go order. Everything was hot and ready to go when I arrived. I ordered large pepperoni/sausage and BLT pies, round pizza dough cheesy garlic bread, spaghetti with chili, edible cookie dough, peanut butter brownie cake, lemon cake, carrot cake, and a 6 pack of Maumee Brewing Co Glass Hopper beer. The only suggestion that I would make would be to put a little more chili on the large spaghetti, but it was still good and all around, everything was extremely delicious! The pizza sauce had a fresh tomato flavor and an ever so slight sweet vibe. The toppings go to the edge of the pies, so kids will eat the whole slice and not waste the crust lol! Gino's gets 2 thumbs up from me and ever single time I'm nearby, I'll be ordering again!"

"We order Gino's on a regular & this time was not so great. One experience there was a piece of hair in my pizza & when I called to complain instead to saying something like oh I'm sorry here is a credit to use on your next pizza all I got was oh can you bring it back in. Ummm no I don't have time to drive all the way back there this was your fault plus the guy I spoke to was rude. Now this pass weekend the pizza had so much cheese on it and hardly NO TOPPINGS. We paid for 4 toppings but what we got was mostly cheese & that's not what we paid for. I threw it out so once again wasted money. No I didn't call because I know how that conversation would have went. As much as love Gino's this will be the last time I order Gino's. Thanks for nothing Davona S."

"Ordered a chicken club and it had bag of lettuce on top. I had so much lettuce that I couldn't enjoy my pizza. I end up throwing it out. $17.10 down the drain. I have always love Gino's, but after this never again."

"Had the taste for it got a gyro pizza it was nasty not because of anything they did but I just didn’t like the taste. Pizza was pretty and fresh all that and I made the mistake by trying something new and I accepted my lose. They next week I ordered at 8:32pm they closed at 9 I got there the guy showed me the pizza ok cool it was pipping hot when I felt the bottom I thought it was going to be a great night. Got home took a bite and it was old pizza…disgusting. I wish I would had took a picture. I threw it away. I could tell that they just literally put my toppings on a grab and go. So I called the next day Amanda said that she’s sorry I didn’t enjoy it but there was nothing she was going to do. Because they make their pizza to order. That pizza was old and since they were closing that’s what I got old left over pizza from 6 o clock never again will I spend my money at any Gino’s. The consumer is always the perpetrator in this day and age they think everyone wants something for free when in reality I just want what I paid for"

"Friday 11/13/2020 we ordered our usual 2 small pizzas at the Maumee location, which were very good. The pizza slices were all different sizes, which makes them hard to share. Who ever was cutting pizzas tonight needs to be taught to cut the slices in equal sizes."
