"Have been coming here for over two decades and I always walk away happy. This was the first time I got a to go order and it was very easy to do. While they do take to go orders online, I simply walked into the restaurant and there is a window for to go orders with a bell next to it you ring for service. A very nice employee took my order and I got my order quickly (salad and biscuits). I was very impressed considering how busy the restaurant was."
"I have not been to Red Lobster in years. Had some gift cards and decided to use them. The dining area was much brighter than I remember, which was nice. The food was very good. Though, I do prefer my shrimp in pasta and scampi to be de-tailed. We all took home some leftovers (which still tasted good on the second try). NOW...... our server was absolutely amazing. She was friendly, attentive And went out of her way to take care of us."
"I shared a combo with my partner which had a lobster tail and snow crab legs as the main part. Shown in the picture is the biggest of the crab legs out of the bunch. It's typically supposed to be a rough half pound of crab meat but was instead about 1 ounce total combined due to it being a very small crab. I was going to give a 1 star rating due to this. But thanks to a manager discount it is worth a solid 3 stars."
