Buffalo Wild Wings

"Buffalo Wild Wings is a good place to go if you're looking to enjoy a sporting event with friends. The staff make it a point to have their numerous televisions tuned in at all times. The bigger the event (Super Bowl, World Series, March Madness), the bigger the excitement. The problem is, when you take that away, visiting a B-Dubs location is...meh. The last time I visited, the host was disinterested in showing any emotion except apathy at my visit. When the server arrived, I felt rushed and when I asked about side items for my chicken wrap, I must have bored her because she rolled her eyes at my question. Maybe I was taking too long, maybe she was having a bad day, I don't know. It took 20+ minutes to get our food, and it wasn't busy (afternoon, lunch, around 3pm). The server didn't visit to check on the food for 15 minutes (so much for two minutes or two bites), and by then, any desire for drink refills were unnecessary. She left the check and eventually returned to run my card. Overall, I just wasn't thrilled to want to return. The food is okay, but when you feel like you're not appreciated for coming in, you just decide to go somewhere else next time. Toledo certainly has enough options to choose from. Atmosphere, food, and service are what attract customers. Fail in Atmosphere, you might still do okay. Fail in food and/or service, and you've got a hole to dig out of."

"Went in for an early lunch. Our burgers were very hot and fresh and the fries were just as hot and fresh. This makes a big deal. Nobody wants a great burger with pissy. Warm fries! Definitely will be back to this location. Our waitress was amazing. I give you 100%. The restaurant was clean. The restrooms were clean and employees were very friendly and their parents says it all."

"So let’s start with the hour wait just for drinks…and not bar drinks…just two pops. Then was the 45 minute wait for the food…which resembled fries that look suspiciously similar to the one I find under the seat of my car when I’m detailing it. Wings were ordered…they brought out cold plain wings…so after waiting 30 minutes for sauce for the wings…they were like chewing on a squeaky dog toy. I ordered a burger…was brought a salt lick on a bun. So all in all…absolute disaster…would not recommend! Waitress was nice…I really do just think their kitchen staff is a disaster."

"We were starving after an appointment so the nearest thing was this place. I ordered 15 wings they were lukewarm and so were my fries . The Bbq wings weren't good at all but the lemon pepper and Asian zing is AWESOME! . My mom ordered a cheeseburger..The cook messed up my mom's food . But it was pretty dang good when they brought her the second plate . I know cause I had a bite .If our food would of been HOT and CORRECT..I'd give them a higher rate. Can't disappoint hungry people like that lol."
