"On Feb 10, 2024 I picked up my phoned in order of a large pizza with mushrooms and pepperoni. When I got home, the pizza had no pepperoni and only a few pieces of mushrooms. I called and told the manager. He said they were on a new system. Apparently they have no quality control because no person would box a pizza with only cheese and very fee mushrooms and no pepperoni. It wasn’t feasible to spend another 25 minutes to return and exchange the pizza. The mgr could have offered a correct pizza the next visit. He did not. They have lost a long time customer as I will not be returning. The time was 6:30pm."
"Dinner time on a Wednesday. Nothing hot n ready. Zero. Be 20 tp 25 minutes the guy said. That's the point I thought, to grab and go. Guess this is why I stopped trying little Ceasars subpar pizza. The workers were obvi too busy gossiping about whatever they were chatting about than making pizzas. Update: Like ron said, just order ahead lol. Its faster than hot n ready"
"Ordered pretzel stuffed pizza, they did not give me pretzel crust. After bringing up the issue, they just added parmesean and garlic and said they had a new person but did not remake our pizza. Didn't refund us either. I paid for a pretzel crust pizza I expect to be given a pretzel crust pizza. They do not care about correcting orders. Dont waste your time, go to a different location."
"Order ahead. Use the pizza portal. Nothing is ever "hot n ready" you will be waiting if you walk in. Food is on par for what it should be. Obviously if you wanted quality, you wouldn't be getting Little Caesars. But it is above average for one of em. And always hit... Because it was just made, 20 minutes late."
