Marco's Pizza

"This location has terrible quality control and consistency issues. Food is constantly made incorrectly. This last order, I ordered a white cheesy pizza with chicken and a 7:15 delivery time. Recieved it without chicken 20mins late. They sent a replacement pizza and forgot the chicken a second time. I've been eating Marcos since the 80s, it's a shame this location is doing the company a disservice. Likely will be skipping this location in the future."

"Got a pizza bowl. $11.00 a piece.. See attached pictures. But you would think. They are not using any dough or really putting much time into making this. So maybe just maybe. They would have as much or more toppings and ingredients than an $11.00 pizza. But nope! You'd be wrong. They barely put anything in the bowl for you. What a waste of money. The bowls are a great idea. Or "crust less pizza" that they like to call it. What a waste. Plus it's $1.50 per extra topping. Opened it up in front of the employees. They said they can't do anything about it. So yes. They know it barely had anything in it. But they did nothing about it. So to recommend this place would be a hard no. The only thing I could recommend about this place is..... I recommend you GO SOMEWHERE ELSE."

"This probably worse Marco's location in Toledo/ Holland i have ever experienced. First you will place your order tell you its going to be hour/ hour and half than you wait close to 3 three hours call twice in between. Just to call a third time and for someone to stay they called(which they didnt) to stay they called which again, they didn't & canceled our order if that was the case, why did it take 2 more phone calls to get that established. This has not happen not once not twice but three different times. It's just absolutely ridiculous I would have came and picked it up if that was the case. Just pure trash"

"My father lives a few blocks away and we regularly order from this location. Recently my father fell and broke his hip and I was working a 15 hour shift, so I called and ordered a sub on his behalf and informed the driver of dads immobility and instructed them to yell to him through the open door when they arrive with the sub. I worked my shift thinking the sub had been delivered to my father because I did not receive any phone calls that would leave me to believe otherwise. I left work after midnight and stopped by dads before heading home. When i arrrived at Dads apartment he informed me that his food was never delivered!!! My 78 year old father with a broken hip sat at home all day with nothing to eat and Marcos had not delivered the food, and I was not given a call or text to let me know the driver had difficulty getting him his food. My heart sank when I heard this, and I felt so sorry for my elderly sick father. When I told the manager then following morning about what happened he told me they tired to call me several times, because I had no missed calls I asked what number they tried to call me on, and the manager THREATED TO CALL THE COPS ON ME!? For what sir? Because YOU were wrong?! I will never ever be giving Marcos or Osteria any of my money and Shame on you for starving an old man. Your staff should be ashamed of themselves."

"Marco's is very consistent. It is refreshing to know that when you order something you've ordered before, it will always be the same. That is quite an accomplishment by itself in these times! This was a delivery, so there no rating on the atmosphere. The Deluxe pizza is delicious, hot, and exactly how all the photos look. To be honest, the dough for the crust is probably my favorite. It is soft yet crunchy and will not hurt the roof of your mouth. Maybe a hint of butter that adds to the deliciousness. The Italian sub is cooked in the oven, making it nice and warm with zesty banana peppers that you can taste, and the Italian dressing is the perfect addition to this heavenly meal. The driver was very friendly (even though it was steaming hot outside) and had the order delivered at least 10 minutes prior to the time expected! Great job! Did I mention this was during their rush hours? Thank you for the fantastic work to all the staff!"
