"Went through the drive thru tonight, they took my order then left me sat waiting to pay for over ten minutes. Noone was at the window. Car ahead was waiting for food same amount of time. A woman eventually appeared but clearly not to serve me, made eye contact and walked off. Ended up driving off. Nice renovation let down by poor service. Well, no service!"
"Went through the drive thru around 930ish and right off the bat the cashier was rude to me. She kept rushing me through my order.... I also asked for 2 double cheese burgers and recieved plain cheese burgers. When I checked the order and asked to have it fixed she rolled her eyes at me and the order was still wrong.... Why I went back two days later for coffee... I don't know why! Two girls at the window were laughing that I ordered an espresso drink and they didn't have it ....just by the reviews I can tell this location is lazy and is losing business! I wont be returning to this location ever agian. The employees are rude and could care less about their job or customer service!"
"Very slow at the drive thru. People were more interested in talking to the person in the car in front of me instead of parking them to give them there food when done. I got my food and the fries were chilled and hamburger was cold. Would rate a 0 but wasn't given that option."
"McDonalds is pushing their mobile app so this morning the wife and I decided to order the daily deal individually on our phones - two separate orders. Got their they found mine but not hers. I had the phone showed the paid order but they said they didn’t have the order. A stand off. I said I am not leaving without my paid order he said it’s not on the screen. Amanda finally came over check out the situation and came back with the food. My guess is they gave it out to the drive through. The clerk wasn’t going to give me the food. It doesn’t help that the order number doesn’t match the app order number. I was about to call 911 and report a robbery. Thanks Amanda!"
"This is a busy location! It is lunchtime though. Surprisingly a small and older location. Hasn't been remodeled recently if ever. Very friendly and professional staff. Everyone is working hard getting orders through the drive through fast, completing pickup, and dine in orders. In 15 minutes, I've seen staff wipe tables, sweep and mop floors even during the rush! Impressive location and great food as always!"
