"4 PM order, Saturday December 9th.food was ready in just a few minutes, all seems good so far. At home we discovered no Gravy on our potatoes. Next we discovered only one biscuit, not two. Not that it made any difference, we were eating at home (but only one set of silverware). The chicken was not up to par, same with the cole slaw. Needless to say we won't be eating K.F.C. until things change."
"Ordered a breast, received a thigh. Corn was old and stale. Mashed potatoes barely had gravy. Biscuit was stale and hard. I didn't complain because their policy is to replace the food. I didn't want anymore awful food."

"Placed my drive thru order of an 8 piece mea at 348pm and was asked to pull off the side cause the chicken would take 13 mins to cook. I followed instructions and after 40 mins we walked inside to see what the issue was. THEY FORGOT OUR ORDER COMPLETELY!! We waited 40 mins….nobody came and checked on us, they kept giving out orders and would stare at us but nobody questioned what we were waiting on!! As an apology, they threw a nasty cake in the bag. I’m livid as we love kfc. Managers need to do better!! This happened on 10/29/23"
"I am a DoorDash driver. This KFC never has enough employees lately to get orders ready in a normal amount of time. And the employees they DO have don't seem like they give a care in the world about time and efficiency. Employees don't even apologize for long wait times. Very disappointed in this place..."
