"They can't deal with drive through and the lobby. The managers are rude. My husband asked if he could pay for his stuff real fast?(wasn't being rude just asked) and got told "you can wait" and then after the 3rd person walked up they finally did. I work retail so I know about how hard it is when you get busy but I wouldn't be like that."
"We stopped while traveling to use the restroom and get drinks. The restrooms were very clean. The server at the front counter was super friendly. Service was fast and we were back on the road in a few minutes."
"Holy cow, this place needs to be shut down! Ordered my meal and sat in the dining room for over 20 minutes waiting for my food while dozens of cars ran through the drive-thru. While waiting to get the attention of staff, I started talking to a door dash driver that said he had been waiting for multiple orders for over 30 min! They should close their dining room if they are just going to ignore customers."
"Come here for one Burger as a quick bite on my way home. I ordered my Mc Double at 2:49. I sat in the parking spot until 3:27 for my food!! The burger was cold and wasn’t made right. They simply forgot about my food. I asked for it to be remade as it was cold and gross at this point. I got attitude from the front counter. Absolutely appalling"
"I went through the drive thru on September 20th... my grandpa was in the hospital, I hadn't eaten all day, and wanted to grab something quick. Returned to the hospital, took a bite out of my quarter pounder and it was still MOO-ing. Big disappointment. Gross."
