"Okay...I want to start off by saying the guy in the back that makes the tacos is awesome. He throws down some tacos and interacts with everyone he makes food for, he is not the problem . The problem is the woman taking orders. There is a system in place, take orders, take the name, then dish out food calling the names. She must have been on some good downers! Because she could barely talk, didn't take any names was just winging it, then takes 3 whole minutes to put on gloves to help the guy in the back, by the time she was ready he was done. The orders she does make she made wrong causing the guy to remake it. So glad the guy asked her and I quote "Why in the F___ are you back here? "We all lost it laughing! Please get this guy some help, we are a whole crew from the Home Depot distribution center that come here every weekend to eat lunch."
"This a great place to grab a quick bite. Excellent food and good service. This my favorite Taco Bell. I eat here at least once a week and I'm never disappointed."
"Food was disgusting. The beans were so old they were hard as a rock and 90% of what I ordered had beans in it. The hard tacos were soggy and tasted stale at the same time. I don't live far away and all the food was cold. Ordered extra cheese on my burrito supreme and didn't even taste any. Just absolutely gross. Will never go there again."
"The girl was new but was curious and did her job by assessing her staff leader and asking questions to assist me the answers I needed in question MISSION ACCOMPLISHED STAFF LEADER PROMINENT PROFESSIONAL CURIOUS AND ACCOMMODATING AND WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO ASSIST MY NEEDS WAY TO GO TACO BELL AT PILOT LOCATIONS!
