"Who knew places with good service still exist! I tried getting a quick dinner at the McDs across the street but after a 30+ min wait I was delivered the wrong sandwich with cold fries, the manager couldn't tell me when my correct food would be ready, so I got a refund and drove across the street to Wendy's! I was able to walk in, place my order and have delicious hot food in hand in less than 5 minutes!"
"Really great staff! After a long day, I stopped by the drive thru to pick up some food for my husband and I. We both wanted a 10 piece nugget (#3 on the menu) and I had ordered his correctly but ordered a #10 for myself with honey mustard. They had asked if I wanted that in addition or instead of the usual ranch and I thought that was weird but didn’t say anything other than instead of. When I pulled up to the window, I had asked them what I had ordered and they read back the nuggets and sandwich. I apologized and asked to add nuggets to the order as I had confused myself with 10-piece and #10 as I didn’t think I could cancel the sandwich. Andrew (according to my receipt) moved quickly and canceled the sandwich and swapped it to the nuggets for me. He didn’t make me feel guilty once for my own mistake and ensured I got what I wanted. After it being the most Monday of Mondays, I was extremely thankful for his help and understanding. Thank you!"
"I wouldnt have given this place a 1 if i didnt have to. The people working when i went in have no business working with the public. The lady on the register kept slamming cups on the counter, she gave everyone quarters for 1's because she didnt want to take a min and get change Im guessing. The older bald man with tattoos on his arms kept hollering at the workers, while he stood there bagging food. Its sad when the kids working showed better work ethics then the adults. Thats not even the worst part, after waiting 20 min for a small fry, 4pc nugget, jr.bacon cheeseburger and a small frosty, the food was DISGUSTING the meat on the burger was dried out, the fries and nuggets tasted like stale grease. I called and told them they needed to throw out the patties that were old and change the grease. That lady wanted to argue with me. I wont be back at this one EVER!!!"
