"This was my first time ever at a red lobster, for 15 years my husband has been trying to get me to try it. The food was okay but our service was awful and the waitress wasn’t very friendly even though she tried her hardest to smile. I get everyone has a bad day. We were sat by a sweet young host girl who thanked us for waiting and told us she appreciated us coming in, she then told us that our waitress would be Kayla for the night. We sat for about 15 minutes or so before she even came to take our drink order. It then took her another 15 minutes before she actually brought us our drinks. We then ordered our food. We ordered the Crabby cheese fries as an appetizer which took almost 30 minutes to arrive to our table, and although they were good there was so much paper from the lining mixed into the cheese they were not edible. We then waiting 30-40 minutes for our food to come out of the kitchen. Upon paying our bill on the tablet provided at the table the waitress went to the kiosk they typically use to enter your food for the kitchen and started to complain to another server about her tip she had received while pointing at us. At that point we had to ask another server for to go containers because our waitress was no where to be found. We seen more servers sitting in booths on their phones than we seen actually waiting on customers or cleaning tables."
"We always have excellent service and delicious food at this Lima Red Lobster. The staff is very friendly here also. The restaurant is very clean- the tables even looked new last time we went. It’s one of the best places to eat in my opinion. The steak is always perfectly cooked and the seafood delicious!!"
"We eat here a lot and today we went there for lunch. Was seated promptly by one of the windows. Sadly we sat there for 10-15 minutes and not one waiter or waitress asked us what we wanted to drink. There were lots of empty tables so it wasn’t busy at all. So we ended up just walking out and going elsewhere."

"Great food. I love their triple berry Sangria, it’s amazing and I will definitely get it again. Ambience is good but I will recommend to have an outdoor sitting so customers can enjoy their drinks and food specially on summer. I’ll be back for their sangria and scones."
