"Not sure when this place got all new employees and a new way to do business but waited 24mins for 2 cold hot dogs, I used to go here for lunch every now and then , quick good food, not anymore, and I will not be returning."

"I recently stopped in for a Joeys Sub . Disappointed to see that the original light, soft, airy buns were replaced with dense, gritty, hard cheesesteak like buns. Ive been eating these subs for 50 years or more and sadly I wont be back. ( unless they switch back that is) Im not sure why people feel the need to “tweak” an iconic sandwich in Lima, when it didnt need fixed, but I see it happen all too often. That being said, if the change was made to bring what they thought would be a better sandwich, we appreciate your thoughtfullness, but you totally struck out with this change. You DO know that youve lost a lot of loyal, dedicated customers because of this, dont you? If you want to improve the business, please do, but I’d rather you start with some good fresh paint and a good cleaning."
