"If I could give fewer stars I might. I ordered 2 wraps which were on the hardest tortillas I have ever had served to me. They were unable to be wrapped they were folded and broken the tiny piece of chicken they placed on this broken tortilla and the least amount of spicy slaw on one and the spicy mac and cheese on the other I feel robbed literally every time I go there."
"Always gives the wrong sides for my order and is always out of stock of some chicken. The chicken we did get was very dry and hard to swallow. And the drive through workers especially are very rude. Rolling eyes, no you’re welcome or have a great day, can’t answer any questions, overall rude service at the window."
"No sweet tea, seriously? Drive threw was so slow I sat there 11 minutes, waiting. I use to love this KFC, But not anymore. This was the second time, iv been disappointed in food an service. Get it together or I'm going to Lee's!!"
"My first time ever being parked while using the drive through. The young lady taking my order kept interrupting, then while parked, watch as food is delivered to other cars, served through the window, and when we went in to ask where out order was, we were told since the car in front of us has a similar order, they just thought it as a double entry..... no discount, no coupons, no real apology. Won't be returning anytime soon."
"I had to wait 25 minutes for chicken , shorted one piece of chicken , not given correct pieces , no wings and overcooked. I went back the next day to show the manager Matt the problems,he told me that the chicken was unsafe to eat and tried to take it from me. Matt put his nasty dirty hands and broke apart the breast meat , then threatened to call law enforcement on me after he contaminated my food . I was not given a receipt but paid by credit card. I also contacted corporate about this matter and the rude manager Matt . Stay away from AB this KFC, I am not going BACK."
