"Everything was terrible I got the new grilled cheese steak fries and they gave like 4 potatoes in replace of fries and a beef taco with no beef at all on it. The guy at the window acted like we were a problem with a simple order. Next time I will drive to st.marys for taco bell"
"got breakfast here this morning and the pop machine in the lobby wasn't working, you have to order yourself on a kiosk, and I needed to pay cash. I waited almost ten minutes to pay, even though I was the only one in there, and no one was in the drive thru. I then had to wait another fifteen minutes for my food and all I got was a breakfast box. I have also been sick since I ate my food and I had exams for high school today. how does that make you feel Taco bell, that someone got sick from eating YOUR food, and had to miss EXAMS for the first semester that is a HUGE IMPACT on their grade"

"I go there often, went today and food was not very good and wasn’t even made right. Service was slow, then asked for a burrito that they said they don’t have anymore, but is on the menu and get it all the time."
"Yesterday we ordered takeout. It took 20 minutes.I ordered 6 taco supreme and 6 bean burritos with no onions. They gave me my food. Thank goodness I checked the burritos before leaving as I live 18 minutes away and didn't want to come back. All my bean burritos were missing beans. I couldn't help to laugh. However was a little irritated I already waited 20 minutes. She fixed the burritos however my time is valuable and who forgets beans on a bean burrito? The problem is I love taco Bell, I keep giving them chances over and over again. Evreytime I go in,it's all new employees."
