"The only reason I'm giving a one star is because there's no rating for a -5 star. Their service sucks and I refuse to ever go there again. If I should ever get another gift card for DQ, I'll be driving to a farther DQ that will have better service. I sat there waiting for my blizzard that was sitting there and all she was doing was taking more orders when all it would take is but 2 seconds to hand it to me."

"They're nice to you when they say something to you. Food takes a while for just one "understirred" blizzard. The bottom 1/3 of the blizzard is vanilla soft serve with nothing stirred in."

"Dairy Queen may be short handed and it may cause some slow times during rush hour, but the employees hold them selfs together and they communicate about whose getting what and whose doing what that it helps the team to feel more at ease and not freak out so they can continue to take orders and make the ice cream and food and push it out to the customers. Dairy Queen is very old and needs some touch ups but the employees do clean and make sure it's not filthy. Dairy Queen may be expensive but all in all there is great food and ice cream. I would definitely recommend the Decatur Dairy Queen!! Go team!!"

"Horrible service! The lady on the other end of the drive thru was trying not to laugh the entire time I was ordering. We sat in the drive thru from 7:12 until 7:32 and was almost late to my husbands meeting! All I got was a medium blizzard and a large drink, I’m then handed a SMALL BLIZZARD and a large drink. I even asked to verify “this is a medium” she checks the receipt says “yep, it’s actually a little larger”. Your telling me a small blizzard, is the exact same size as a medium blizzard? I had the blizzard from lunch when I wanted a mint Oreo at another location (pregnancy cravings) and I had ordered a small. They were both the EXACT SAME SIZE. She flipped my blizzard but I’m surprised it didn’t all tumble out because it was basically water and was leaking over the side of the cup when she handed it to me. I will NEVER be returning back to this location. It’s fast food, if I wanted to wait 20 minutes or more I’d have gone to an actual ice cream shop. If I wanted melted ice cream, I’d have let my cup sit, and if I wanted a small I would have ORDERED a small!"

"worst place ever don't ever go there. waited over an hour for food and couldn't get anyone to come talk to us at the counter. no apologies or coupons or anything. workers quit as we were sitting there still waiting. do not recommend."
