"I recently found out about Miami lux through TIK TOK And have gone back for supplies about 4-5 times, first off I can’t say enough about how much of an amazing experience I had going there, the first time ever visiting them my truck ended up breaking down in front of Williams shop, not only did he offer me places to fix my truck he also told me if needed I can leave it overnight that it wouldn’t be an issue. Even kept checking up on me until the tow truck came out to pick me up, constantly asking me if I needed anything to let him know, even got me a drink since I was out there for over an hour! That stood out to me as a person who indeed cares about his customers, and for that reason alone I will continue to provide my support and business to them, on top of that every time you come into his shop you feel welcomed like you’ve known the owner for years upon years, he not only helps you save money but he also encourages you to ask him any question you have that he is happy to share is knowledge with you, and that’s a huge thing, not many people are that invested with there customers, most people look at there customers as dollar bill signs and Williams is the complete opposite he wants to build a connection with each of his customers.
