"Place is disgusting to say the least! Rats and rodents tore up my furniture. I had mold on my property. The girl in front office is racist and didn’t give a care. Don’t walk but RUN away from this place! Other tenants have had the same complaints. Idk who these made up people are in the reviews. This place is unprofessional, unsanitary, racist and prejudice against women as well. Don’t spend your money here! They harass you for payments and the prices are absurd!!!! Worst storage place ever definitely only going with Extra space storage only!"
"I have rented a 10x20 unit since 2018 for my business here at this location. It has always been a great resource for what we need. Amber and Seann have always been such great help and wonderful to be around. I am now renting a second unit for my personal storage needs, moving from another storage facility closer to my home which has gotten outrageously expensive. PMS here is half the price, I trust them."
"I didn’t have any issues with the staff or the unit itself, I paid my bill on-time and was able to come and go as needed without any hiccups. No leaks or any type of damage to my personal property either. If I need this service again I will be sure to return."
