"Trying to get information on hearing aids and make an appointment nobody picks up nobody returns calls poor service at this Costco hopefully when they see this their do a better job . Even customer service doesn’t pick up near new store manager . After many tries finally got in touch with the manager they won’t let me bring my brother in and have him get a hearing aid without me buying him a membership even though I have a membership"
