"My photo order got screwed up a few times, one time it got canceled for no reason, to which I didn't even get notified until I went to the store to pick it up 3 days after I initially ordered, then the next time I went there when I reordered it, they said they didn't have it printed due to the printers being broken, and that the email saying my poster was printing had nothing to do with them (which doesn't make sense IMO) when I literally saw it packaged right behind them, but didn't argue because I already had a long day and was exhausted. Then I come the next day and they tell me the same thing, only this time I decided to point out that the poster I ordered was right behind them (the poster picture is very distinctive for me), so they give it to me, I pay and I soon notice that parts of both pictures were cropped around the edges, so I went back in and asked about that, to which they told me that I ordered a 20 x 30 poster and that was how it fit (the other one was a 16x20 and was wrapped inside the 20x30, so I didn't notice that one originally), not to mention the quality of the photos weren't all that great, so I'm definitely gonna return these and get my 50$ back and probably use a different walgreens this time because this is plain ridiculous. Would have to really dislike someone to recommend this one to them."

"Been coming here for years, and again as always Rhoda and Marie take care of me. People don't realize somethings are out of pharmacist control. For me, they always did what they could and then some throughout this past year. So thank you and your team. Happy holidays"

"I just went in to ask a question to an associate regarding a coupon on their app. I didn't even finish my question before she cut me off and said "Sorry I'm on my break" and walked away. I work in retail as well and that is not how you respond to a customer even if you are on a break. I'll go to CVS instead"

"I changed my pharmacy years ago to CVS. Tonight I was reminded why I did that! I needed a Rx and my doctor called it in to Walgreens (only because they are near to my house and still open) I walked out of Walgreens without my Rx tonight. They said my ins card wasn’t enough they needed a Rx card too. I explained I didn’t know what she was talking about and she looked at me saying the same thing over and over. I don’t know what you are talking about lady. I said CVS has never asked me for a Rx card. She said because they have your insurance on file. I said I handed you my insurance card. Then I said Thank you for reminding me why I stopped using your store. Nothing but problems with them. I will never be back."

"I hate to leave negative reviews, but some of the technicians and pharmacists working at this location are just plain incompetent when it comes to customer service. My daughters doc ordered a course of antibiotics for a mild ear infection on 10/8 - she advised us not to administer the antibiotics until the symptoms got worse or we came in for a follow up. We went in for a follow up on the 18 and the infection had cleared on one side but spread to the other. So we were told to go ahead and start the antibiotics. I go into Walgreens and picked up the prescription and started the course. A few days later I noticed the bottle Expiration date was 10/22 (4 days after we picked up the meds!!) - this was a 10 day course . I called the Doc office and they said stop using it and get a refill. I called WG and they said no problem have the Doc office send us a another request and we will take care of it. I show up to pick up the meds and they want to charge me and my insurance for a refill. I have to pay for their mistake??? The girl at the counter was arguing with me non stop saying it is my fault for not using the medication. How can I use expired medication? The manager said she couldn't do much about it and gave me a $1 discount! She said it is because their system prints the package labels on the date the doc prescribes the meds and not when it is picked up, hence the reason why the meds expired 4 days later (these are liquid antibiotics that last 10 to 14 days) It's not about the $$, it is the principle of it all. The pharmacist/manager ignored me for 10 minutes, she was 4 feet away from me. No show of concern, no apology, no sense of caring. An overall F for customer service. Do yourself a favor and go to Publix, their pharmacists are much more attentive. The Publix on 84/Pine Island has much faster service."
