"I have been a customer for over 20 years. Dan is honest and reliable, not to mention less expensive than the others. (Update): In January I needed service as my GC wasn't running properly, so Dan did a thorough check and found that 2 batteries were defective and other issues needed attention. Dan was successful at providing replacement batteries at the very end of the warranty and w/o cost to me, so thanks again for the great service, being honest and a GC that runs like new again."

"Dan and his team went above and beyond my expectations in troubleshooting & repairing a middle aged, gas Club Car I brought in. Driven clutch, drive belt were the major items to replace in addition to normal wear and tear maintenance items. They were proactive in calling me with updates, their team members were friendly and knowledgeable throughout all my interactions with them on-site. It's also worth mentioning I was high maintenance customer, it didn't help I'm from out of state. I dropped the cart off for the owner and was the middle-man with all communication. Even still, Dan and his team were patient with me and it resulted in an excellent experience. I will continue to recommend Dan's Custom Carts to fellow horse show participants and would not hesitate to purchase from or hesitate doing business with Dan in the future."

"This builder doesn't pay attention to detail!!!! You have a check list of what was ordered and PAID for! It was ordered on 9/28 and was going to be ready on 10/28. After repeated phone calls it was delivered on 11/06 only to be picked back up on 11/09 due to him forgetting the mirrors!! We were told it would be returned on 11/11. I called on 11/10 at 4pm to see what time delivery would be. I was told Mirrors were out of stock and hopefully will be ready by Friday. The wonderful lady (Debra) who answers the phone and does Everything but build the cart herself..ROCKS! That is the only positive thing I can say about Dans CUSTOM Carts. Brought the cart back with Dead battery and after giving them instructions who to leave keys with...they left them in the cart!"
