"We bought the car 4 days ago but the horn was not working even though Toyota certified the car. We came back today to get it fixed and we arrived at 11 AM, it's now 4:30PM (5:30 hours later) and it is not ready yet. I asked Matias Silva (Assistant service manager) several times to give me an update and I received a quick brush off every time. An hour ago at 3:30PM he said he was going to get the car "it was ready". After an hour, at 4:30 I asked again and I insisted that he gave me the true information, he said that the technician was putting everything back together and that he would have returned the car to us. He said that with an attitude and started calling me daddy. This was extremely rude and very wrong. I told him I was going to leave a review. With the same attitude he gave me his business card (even though I didn't ask him for it). than he went away and returned with the car after 5 minutes. THE HORN WAS STILL NOT WORKING!!!! NO WORK WAS DONE TO THE CAR IN 5 1/2 HOURS THAT WE WHERE THERE. HE TOTALLY LIED ABOUT WHAT WAS HAPPENING AND MISSREATED THE COSTUMERS AFTER WE BOUGHT A CERTIFIED CAR THAT WAS NOT WORKIN PROPERLY AND AFTER WE SPENT 5:30 HOURS WITHOUT GETTING ANY PRODUCT.
