"This Walgreen's pharmacy is the worst! They are so rude and unhelpful. My husband was supposed to have his medicine delivered a week ago, and they were never delivered. The driver said that he delivered it to someone named Mary at our building but there is no one like that here. Instead of offering to help us get a replacement the Walgreen's staff has made us go on a wild goose chase getting camera footage from my building and having the driver speak to my building manager. My building has proved that it was never delivered, but the Walgreen's still refuses to get me a replacement medication. We need this medicine and they are not taking responsibility for it being either lost or stolen."

"AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I have strep throat and need antibiotics before I get on the plane and the people at the store said the pharmacist was over 30 min late. I had to leave before getting my prescription. Worst Walgreens I’ve ever been to. Shameful."

"Very rude and unhelpful. The guy that works there at night, (I was there around 10:30 pm - 11:00 pm) is extremely lazy and rude. I came to look for a product that I had purchased online, and he told me it wasn't ready because they were out of stock on the product that I had bought. However, I could find it on the shelf, and they still had a few by the way. The dude told me cancel the online order or comeback when it's ready, or if I needed it right away, just purchase it from him in the store now and cancel the online order. Although I had already paid for it on the website, so I had to buy it again in the store, and then waste my time talking to their inefficient customer support cancelling the online order. I think this is beyond ridiculous. No wonder Walgreens is losing ground to other retailers."
