"There is absolutely no excuse during a pandemic to be unprepared for scheduled appointments. There is no streamlined process in place for vaccines and boosters - no designated line, no preparation whatsoever. I booked supposedly the last available appointment for that day, showed up early, and still waited in a chaotic sea of people picking up prescriptions, delt with a rude and incompetent staff associate, and when I finally got to the pharmacist, he informed me it would be a minimum of a 30-minute wait. Get yourselves together and take your roles as vaccine providers seriously!"

"I have been calling this pharmacy for the last two weeks to understand why my rx is not showing when my doctor confirmed that my prior authorization went through and they have fax confirmation that they sent them the PA. This pharmacy has not once picked up the phone in two weeks. I have a 6 month baby at home which makes it difficult for me to keep going back to the pharmacy just to get in touch. I’ve never seen such bad service. This is for a urgent medication that I need for an infection on my face. It’s completely ridiculous."

"Place is awful. The wait for the vaccine is horrible. And the worst no people here to wait for the vaccine. When I got the first dose I had to wait 45 minutes and we were 4 people. Wonder: why Walgreens does not change the people in this pharmacy. Unless the chain is already a mess at corporative levels that they do not see the mess the have. Shut down this place. Is awful"
