"Never go here if you want anything done efficiently. I sat in a 45 minute line waiting for my turn to even talk to a pharmacist. When it was my turn, they let a lady who was only waiting for two minutes cut in front of me. They claimed I was in the "wrong line", however I initially asked one of the pharmacists what line I should be in, and she told me there was only one line, and I was in the right place. I gave them an incorrect phone number, which I admit is my fault. However, when I called back to give them the correct phone number (as I refuse to wait another 45 mins in a line to give them a single phone number), I sat on hold for ten minutes, then someone answered and immediately hung up before I could say a word. I tried calling again. This time I was on hold for closer to 15 minutes. They then answered with "walgreens, please hold" and put me BACK on hold. I was frustrated, but gave them the benefit of the doubt. But then they did the exact same thing not 3 minutes later. "Walgreens, please hold" then put me BACK ON HOLD AGAIN. I've been on hold this whole time, what is the point of picking up and putting me BACK on hold? Why even answer if you aren't going to answer? I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Which is honestly probably the best for this Walgreens, as they are clearly already in over their heads."
