Other salesman in my past are pushy and rude. Cali made our shopping experience easy, fun, and all in all comfortable. Walked in not looking to buy, left an hour later with a new car and him assisting with a 2nd suv for our family."

"Horrible experience!!!!! Management could careless about anything going on. Went there for a truck I found online for listed price online, but when you get there before they even start any sale they add $1,800 to the advertised price for their Arlington Toyota Package whether you want the package or not. So the advertised price is absolutely false! Which would save people like myself to driving out there from Saint Augustine for price that is not really the price. Then when discussed with management he could careless and said nothing could be done and that was that. I also had another car I saw online that I was interested in but they were unable to find the car so I can see the 2 cars when I first got there so they just kept insisting I only look at the one vehicle. I was preapproved through Capital One for the advertised price of the truck but since they were not able to do anything about their fee and the manager didn't care there was no deal made. Make sure you call to get the actual price of vehicle before wasting time going to the dealer."

"Selling staff is amazing , thanks to Sam Sottile for being patient with us and get a quick resolution. Purchased a Camry SE 2021 Jan 09th and I felt a little unsafe driving because of the breaks, I took the car back for service and they couldn’t agree that it didn’t have breaking problems. I went to Michael Marinelli since my original seller was on a day off. So they had me tried 2 other vehicles to see the breaking differences and that was a whole lot. Sam help me swapping to a new one which I am in love with, disagree I had to pay some extra money because of the manufacturer’s problem. 30 days to love it or exchange it - Not Real My Friend/ pricing and loan needs improvement too."
