"Don't ever buy a battery or any products horrible return policy they just won't do it no matter what you do, so you want to get ripped off and don't come here. They are in it for your money also very over priced. The manager who helped had the nerve to tell me the Battery was not able to resell when nothing was wrong with it and was in good conditions after returning it after 5 days of purchase give Mitchel assistant manager award for the worst management skills. No wonder you guys went belly up like 3 years ago and had some company save your company, out of the whole deal they stayed with my 220.00 and the battery. Don't come here don't waste your money go to a reputable business"

"If you need a battery don't expect to get a valid answer over the phone. They say they have it but they're guessing they have a suitable substitute which in most cases doesn't fit the appliance. You'll have to bring it into the store and wait for the slow sales person to finally get around to telling you he has to order it. It will be priced 4x times the online price. If it's not urgent just order from Amazon or Google."

"I never knew they sold car batteries here....I thought it was just watches, phones, and other small devices.... Now that I know I've already purchased 2 batteries for 2 different cars here. The Duracell brand batteries I've bought so far are made in the USA and the pricing has been fair. It has been easy to order online and pick up at the store but I think they will also gladly swap the battery out of your car for you. No complaints."

"I purchased a new ATV battery on January 30,2022. Installed the battery and it worked well. The next day it would not work at all. We were in the Big Cypress and fortunately I had a second ATV to tow the disabled one back to the truck. Ruined the trip for everyone. I spent a few days going over the ATV trying to resolve the no start issue. At that point I took it to Riva Motorsports and paid about $200 for a professional diagnosis. The result? Bad battery. I bought a new battery from NAPA for about $100, installed it and the bike starts fine. On February 18,2020, the day after I had the ATV back from Riva, I went to Batteries Plus in South Miami to return the defective battery. I explained everything and was told that their return policy is only for 14 days. I appealed to the clerk to exercise some common sense as it was only a few days past the 14 days and I had my ATV in the shop until yesterday…and was told that “I should use common sense…” I left the defective battery at the store and contacted Batteries Plus customer service. I explained everything to them and they said they would forward my information to the owners and they would contact me to resolve the issue. Nothing yet… I am out over $430 not to mention a ruined ATV trip and time I have spent trying to resolve this issue. I have been working on vehicles for over 50 years. I expected to be able to return the defective battery with my receipt in its original box without issue. I only wish I could have rated this store zero stars. I will not shop here again and would advise anyone considering patronizing this business to reconsider and shop somewhere else."
