"COVID scammers! I paid $150 online for a rapid test that says you will have a result in 45 minutes. Once I was there they said I will receive a call or email by 5pm that evening. When I did not receive a call or email I called them and an answering service picked up rudely saying they were closed. Still no result the next day I called back and was put on hold. Finally somebody came to the phone and I was given my result. I understand the labs are busy but this should not be advertised as “45 minutes” when it is not. I told the man who answered I was requesting a refund and he yelled at me saying I was a dishonest person and I’m lucky I even got a result this fast. I’m a very honest person I just expect a place of business to hold up their end of the deal."

Do not come here, you can get the same test for free. Just another company taking advantage of the system and making money off people."
