"Carlos was a pretty helpful guy, sent me a couple videos I asked for and answered questions promptly. But unfortunately he knowingly lied about the history of the car I bought from them got it delivered and it had frame damage and multiple other small issues that weren't disclosed but those aren't a big deal. Although typical of most importers to lie to their customers for maximum profit still sad the vehicles history and damage was lied about. If your buying a car from them just make sure to do your due-diligence."
"I am in South Carolina and found Carlos through google to locate a windshield for my 92 Aristo. Since Lexus glass wouldn't work I had to have one imported from Japan. Carlos was beyond helpful and kept me up to date. I drove from South Carolina to Florida to pick it up and he met me on a saturday so I could get it picked up. Super nice guy and goes above and beyond to help. Cant recommend him enough!!"

"Do yourself a favor and stay far away from REWJDMIMPORTS. Carlos from Rew JDM Imports (owner) was hired to import a vehicle on my behalf. My vehicle was completely destroyed! The vehicle arrived with scratches & dents on practically every panel. On top of that, my vehicle was missing the radio and various interior and exterior trim panels. Also arrived with numerous broken parts,cut wires,bad ecu,etc. Before leaving Japan, my vehicle was perfect. The vehicle arrived non running. I have been left with no type of resolution. I am now left with a vehicle that I will have to spend thousands of dollars on to fix. This review was left because I have been given the run around for months. I simply requested a refund and they couldn't even do that. It's a dam shame that these guys are in business. I recently found out that they have also scammed other people for their money. From not shipping vehicles that have been payed for, to keeping parts from cars,etc. The list goes on. Rew JDM Imports are SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!"
"The owner is a big rotary guy who imports parts from Japan. Customer service is always good and prices are reasonable. I own an 93 rx7 so it's always a great place for those hard to find parts. I strongly recommend REW for sure."
