"I've been doing business with Cash America Pawn for decades. They're very close and have usually been pretty fair and reasonable. Decent selection of products. Management is usually very cool. Unfortunately I bought a Blu-ray player from them about a month-and-a-half ago and I got a 15-day warranty. Within a a month it started to not play Blu-ray only DVDs. I had a geek attempt to fix it and also connected online but apparently he thought it was a dud. Shirley after that it's not even playing DVDs. I brought it back to them today with the receipt and explained that I bought it a month-and-a-half before but that it was very much a bad product. I mean I know it's you get what you pay for or you get what you might expect at pawn shop. As a good customer though I was hoping they might be able to offer me some kind of maybe fair deal on a DVD player. I had already ordered a new Blu-ray player so that I wouldn't have any such problem again. The way they replied was very snotty and I was just extremely insulting. I will not return. Way too many other pawn shops to be treated that way. It's a shame. I've never dealt with this particular clerk but there were others they are who I have had many conversations with and it almost felt like they were having a good time. Watching her be very snotty to me."
