"This morning I went to have my battery checked. I was at the store at 7:35am and was not open yet. When they opened there was the manager and a young lady. The young lady greets us (manager didn't). I told her that I need my battery tested. She asked the manager, and the manager very rudely asked her if she didn't know how to do it. The manager gave her the tester and the young lady went out (very sweet girl), and she tried and told us that this was her second day, and she will have to ask the manager to come out and do it for us. I told her it is fine, and we can wait. The manager very rude came out she didn't say good morning and just put the tester on the battery. Then she just went inside the store without saying a word. So, we assume the tester was not working. But surprisingly she went inside to tell the girl to tell us that battery is bad and need to be replaced she didn’t have the courtesy to tell us that. The sweet girl came out and told us. REALLY? And I was so mad at this manager’s attitude that I told the girl “Thank you we will think what we are going to do". But I went and bought it somewhere else. I didn't want to give this store my business when this manager was so disrespectful and rude. I feel sorry for that girl that must work with someone that is mean and rude. If you do not like to treat with people do not work in customer service!"

"Super helpful and knowledgeable staff.did I mention they are also bilingual which was very helpful for me. They were fast when asking if I needed help finding anything, I told the person in red shirts needed help looking for IPad holder for my car and he took me right to them. The store was very clean and parking lot was well kept. Usually going into stores it’s hard finding items in right location, this store was very “organized” and that explains a lot in an auto parts store. Will recommend Autozone."
