Publix Pharmacy at Apex

"Been using this pharmacy for a year plus and all the sudden they say they won’t fill my meds because it is a telehealth!! Are you kidding me? I have been on these meds for almost 20 years and what is the difference between an in person doctor and one that is through a video conference?…..NOTHING!!! Now I have to figure out what to do and quickly because otherwise I am sick!! Thank you Publix pharmacy for a bang up job of helping me!!"

"Some of the nicest, and most knowlegable people work here. I am amazed at how they manage to be so efficient and friendly in this challenging environment that we now live in. Their ability to solve supply problems for medications and offer detailed amazing advice on the spot is impressive. Pharmacy isso complex these days and keeping up with supplies and advice is a real challenge. They are amazing! Thank you!!"

"This Publix Parmacy staff and "floater" Pharmacist are VERY rude & unprofessional!!!!!Three visits to this location to get a freaking flu shot & shingles vaccine! The other Publix Pharmacy at North Pointe are so much more caring & friendly. I came to this location cause it's closer to home & I was off from work! Highly disappointed in this Publix!!! They need to treat us Seniors with respect! Thank you."

"Recently went in for a sub at the deli counter. Cassandra walks up to the counter, waves the Publix employee behind me up to her station and looks at me and says “I’m just gonna take him because he’s working”. I AM WORKING TOO CASSANDRA!!! She finishes his sandwich then moves on to the next guy in line behind me while never once bothering to take my order!!!! My friend and I were the only Black people in line and Cassandra had no issue allowing not 1 but 2 white men to skip over me and they BOTH got their food before the young man behind the counter even had a chance to start my sandwich. Used to love this location but I will NEVER spend my money here again. Way to be a horrible employee Cassandra, worst Publix trip I’ve ever had."

"Terrible Service. Went in to get my Covid vaccine. Was given forms to fill out, I completed them and returned them. Then I was asked for my ins info etc. No problem. Then told to have a seat. So I sat, and sat, and sat with no communication. Finally after about 30 minutes I got up to make sure they were getting things together for my shot and said " I am getting vaccine X correct." They said no we only have vaccine Y, not X or Z. I told them I didn't want that one due to side effects. I explained the reason I went their is because their website for that store says they have X, Y, and Z. Then the pharmacist said they haven't received any in six weeks. Uh... then why isn't your website updated and why is that not the FIRST thing you tell someone when they ask for a vaccine. Finally I was like fine ok I'll get vaccine Y, then he said no we already canceled it in the system. What! Then the girl at the counter before I left said that I can come back anytime to have it done. That it is saved in the system. Uh sorry your RUDE pharmacist just told me he canceled it. So which is it. I will never use that pharmacy again. Horrible experience and still no vaccine."
