"I am from out of town and came down to Foley to visit grand kids. Turns out, my medicine is in a shortage situation, which I wasn’t warned about. I called and/or visited 14 pharmacies, all to no avail. Not only did Magnolia Springs Pharmacy have my medicine, but they filled it quickly and had amazing service. I’m in their debt."

"I gave them three stars because the younger girl that works there was kinda rude to me. I live right up the road so I was hoping it could be my new pharmacy but they were out of the normal medicine's as well. Everyone is just trying to navigate through this thing called life. I will say the older gentleman that I spoke with last time I was there was very polite and informative."

"We’ve been using them for 17 years. It’s always been frustrating that the pharmacy is closed on the weekends and that they close at four, but today was the last day that I will use them. I had a prescription sent in from Florida and my son went to pick it up. I wasn’t aware that there was a co-pay so my son didn’t have any money with him. (He’s a teenager) no big deal about the co-pay but I called them back before they are supposed to close and asked if they could transfer it to another pharmacy that was open this weekend because it was a necessary medication. They literally told me that they didn’t want to wait on hold for 20 minutes and I couldn’t get it until Monday! My Child needs this medication. Super Insensitive and obviously dangerous! Ridiculous!"

"I am a veteran. The VA texted me that my VA pharmacy is closed due to hurricane recovery but I could take the medicine container to any commercial Pharmacy to get a refill. Will be in Magnolia Springs for the next two days and called this pharmacy to confirm they would refill my prescription. NO, can’ do it but if I can get a VA doctor to call them maybe they can help. Looking for a n alternative nearby."
